Carntogher Way
The Carntogher Way is a beautiful mountain trail within 10 mins of Maghera.
This walk on the hills above the Glenshane Pass gives access to historic Carntogher Mountain
with views across Lough Foyle to Errigal and Muckish in Donegal, Sawel and the high Sperrins,
and south-east to The Mournes and Slieve Gullion.

Portglenone Sunflower Field
Portglenone's beautiful Sunflower field is within a 15 min drive from Maghera.
Two fields of tall sunflowers of approximately 175,00 flowers await visitors with plenty of space,
as well as wildflowers around the edge. There is a path through the fields like a maze which kids will love.
